Ever since Rihanna launched her make-up line it has caused seismic waves across the industry – from the super-inclusive foundation shade range to the mesmerising highlighters. So much so that we still haven’t quite got over it.
Now, after weeks of getting fans excited all over again with the news of a holiday release, the Fenty Beauty Galaxy Collection is finally here. As for what you can expect, the Barbadian singer said it all: “Glitter on glitter on glitter. That’s what The Galaxy Collection is all about, no exception.”

 An over-the-top, glitter-drenched assortment of 13 products that promise to elevate your festive beauty game, it includes everything from an eyeshadow palette, to shimmering lip balms and liquid-to-glitter eyeliners. Here, we take a close-up look to help you decide which pieces from the galactic mix to pick up.

 Galaxy Eyeshadow Palette, £39

 A set of 14 celestial-inspired colours from sheer, glittering topcoats to smoky, shimmering hues, Rihanna’s first foray into eyeshadow is mega. Wear them on their own for a sheer effect, or layer topcoats over any eyeshadow for a phenomenal multidimensional boost. Encased in a sleek, jewel-inspired case, our favourite shades include Ultraviolet, Mars on Fire, Jupiter Sand and Sunburst. 

Galaxy 2-Way Eyeshadow Brush, £19

Created to be the perfect companion to Fenty Beauty’s Galaxy Eyeshadow Palette, this new brush effortlessly picks up dense pigments with super-soft, synthetic bristles. The convenient dual-ended design also features two essential eyeshadow brush shapes – the smudger and the blender – so you can apply with ultimate ease and control. 

Eclipse 2-in-1 Glitter Release Eyeliner, £17

A liquid eyeliner that goes where no other has gone before, this formula allows you to choose your own finish, be it low-key metallic or high-impact sparkle. Drying to a sleek, metallic finish when applied, you can then rub when dry to reveal a blended glitter effect in a choice of three shades – Later, Crater, Nepturnt and Alien Bae.

Cosmic Gloss Lip Glitter, £16

Following on from the launch of Fenty Beauty’s Gloss Bomb, you can now get your hands on four out-of-this-world shades that offer pigment, glitter and gloss. Each shade is packed with iridescent glitter and offers mirror-like shine in just one swipe. Glide over the entire lip for a full-on finish or dab in the centre of the lips for a more subtle effect. Starlit Hyper-Glitz Lipstick, £16

A super-moisturising formula, the Starlit Hyper-Glitz Lipsticks deliver the feel of your favourite lip balm but in four lustrous, shimmer-drenched shades. Reflective with a jewel chrome sheen, the texture is seriously creamy and, while they’re packed full of glitter, they glide on grit-free.
