Kevin Hart crash: Comedian ‘doing great’ despite car accident, says wife Eniko Parrish

‘Jumanji’ star was one of three people in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when the driver lost control and it rolled down an embankment

Kevin Hart’s wife Eniko Parrish has shared an update on the comedian’s condition following a car accident that reportedly left him with “major back injuries”.

The Jumanji star was one of three people travelling in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when it drove off Mullholland Highway and rolled down an embankment on Sunday (1 September) night.

Hart was in the passenger seat at the time. His friend, Jared Black, was reportedly driving while his fiancé, 31-year-old Rebecca Brown xterman, was also in the car. Police determined that Black was not intoxicated at the time of the accident.

TMZ reports that Parrish, who married Hart in 2016, said Hart was doing “great” and was “going to be just fine”.
She said that Hart was awake, but not lively and joking around just yet. However, she added that he was in “good spirits”.
A number of Hart’s friends, colleagues and fans have sent well-wishes after learning of his accident.

Hart's Jumanji co-star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson posted a picture of them both from when they were filming the upcoming sequel for the franchise.

“Stop messing with my emotions brother @kevinhart4real,” Johnson wrote in the caption. “We have a lot more laughing to do together. Love you man. Stay strong”.
